The Sar 990 carries the genetic code of Saronic Boats. It stands out from the compact shaft and the simple and straight lines, that aim to have a dynamic and robust but not only visual but also substantial effect. It has been characterized by its owners as the ultimate fishing boat for professional use (small cabin), but it can also be used for recreation in combination with amateur fishing, by turning the cabin (to larger) and its interiors.
Its construction can cover all types of coastal and medium-sized fishing, but also of a family boat that can be used safely for fishing and recreation during the twelve months of the year. Thanks to its robust and well-designed hull with its deep keel and wide stern, it can overcome even with extreme weather condition that are quite common in the winter sea. It has a closed area of government and a self-draining deck, thereby eliminating the captain's stress in difficult situations.
The vessel is also characterized by its very wide corridors, the vast deck behind the cabine but also the storage areas, such as the self-draining area, which can be used for a refrigerator for catches and ice. Easy to access for maintenance, is the engine. The construction material is hand-reinforced polyester with glass fibers (GRP). Its hull is divided into five watertight compartments from equal numbers of bulkheads (fences), strenghened with navy type timber, even for heavy duty use. On deck and the navigation cabin, between the GRP there is plywood, sandwiched, in order to accommodate hydraulic type winch.
VESSEL MAIN DIMENSIONS: Maximum length 9,90 meters, maximum width 3.60 meters.
